Nick Hounslow

At the age of 18, Nick left his home just outside of London to pursue a career in modeling, and has worked internationally in London, Milan, Paris, New York, and Los Angeles. He has appeared in numerous print and digital articles including Bello Mag, Men’s Fitness, L’Uomo Vogue (Italy), Runner’s World and Zooey Magazine. Advertisements with Nick include Crest, Taco Bell, Fiat, Cadillac, and L’Oreal with supermodel Claudia Schiffer, as well as music videos such as Britney Spears’ “Radar”, and Hilary Duff’s “Stranger”. Nick has also made appearances on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Jay Leno Show, and the ABC hit drama The Catch.

When Nick isn’t in front of the camera, you can find him teaching sold-out classes at Cycle House, commanding a room of over 50 eager riders each class, or sculpting the bodies of Hollywood A-listers as a celebrity trainer. His innate ability to connect with clients and push them beyond what they think they are capable of is what makes them come back for more. Nick has worked with many celebrities helping to keep them in shape or hone their physique for specific movie roles. Amongst his prestigious clients are Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Gal Gadot, Vincent D’Onofrio, Claire Holt, Julie Benz. He has been sought out by many movie studios to help create workouts for actors and viewer content via social media platforms. Most recently Warner Bros. studio employed his skills to create a Tarzan home workout challenge to help promote the release of their new movie The Legend of Tarzan. Nick continues to seek innovative ways to train the body and the mind and achieve the best results out there.

Seth Broadstreet

Seth is a personal fitness coach based in Los Angeles, CA. Originally from Indiana, Seth has a B.S. in Exercise Science and over 5 years of personal training experience. He started weight training in high school, and has since found a tremendous passion in helping others achieve their health goals. Seth advocates for functional fitness and emphasizes tried-and-true, evidence-based techniques. There is something about Seth’s voice that hypnotises you into doing anything! The whole 1WRKOUT team agrees on this!

Carly Matsik

Carly Matsik, originally from Massachusetts, Carly Matsik was an athlete from an early age. Growing up with two older brothers meant she was always pushing herself harder to keep up.
Carly excelled in soccer, where she was varsity captain and went on to play at the collegiate level. When competitive soccer ended, her extensive training and knowledge of the body continued when she moved to Los Angeles. Carly entered the boutique fitness industry in LA 9 years ago and hasn’t left. From her experience on the operations side of fitness alongside teaching, Carly knows what people want and expect from their workouts from all angles.

Leo Gallo

Leo is a Los Angeles native that began his love for the body and fitness as a professional dancer. Graduating from CalArts with a BFA for dance and choreography; his journey through dance and music, along with extensive knowledge of the body and how it moves has led him to 1WRKOUT.

His Passion

Gallo is passionately committed to finding efficient ways to live a well balanced and healthy lifestyle, and consciously designs his class to heal and strengthen the mind, body and soul.

Hannah Beddow

Hannah is originally from Santa Cruz, California. She made her way south when she earned a scholarship to Chapman University where she took classes in anatomy, sports nutrition, and kinesiology. After graduating with a BFA in dance performance with an emphasis on holistic health, she moved to LA to pursue a career in dance. While auditioning and continuing her dance training she found her passion for fitness. She became a certified barre instructor. While working her way up to a top trainer she had the opportunity to train in another style of fitness. She became a lead instructor at rebounder studio where she taught high intensity cardio and sculpting classes. 

What She Loves

Hannah loves almost any and all fitness styles, but really hit the jackpot with 1WRKOUT. She loves the combination of intense muscle specific movement with extreme focus on body awareness. For her 1WRKOUT is the optimal and ideal workout.

Richard Biglia

Richard is originally from Brazil. He moved to New York City to pursue a career as an actor and dancer. Richard was introduced to fitness as it complemented his dance training well but has since fallen in love with it. He is passionate about sharing his fitness knowledge and journey to help people reach their own goals.
